smt "concept book" supplementary new edition is now in stores
the "sendai mediatheque concept book" was published by ntt shuppan in 2001, simultaneously with its opening. the book includes the project member's dream and mind and is still fresh after 5 years. in this latest issue, "transformation is under construction" by toyo ito, as the architect, "what did sendai mediatheque create?" by yasuaki onoda, as the project member, and the administrative reports were added to the 2003 edition. smt is still in a state of flux. this book looks at what it should be.
