before using the multimedia library, please register as a user as outlined below:

- those living in sendai and sendai urban area of 13 cities, towns and village
- sendai urban area of 13 cities, towns and village
- shiogama city, natori city, tagajo city, iwanuma city, watari city, yamamoto-cho, matsushima-cho, shichigahama-cho, rifu-cho, taiwa-cho, ohsato town, tomiya-cho, ohhira-mura
- *those attending schools outside of sendai city are eligible for registration if they have their family homes in sendai
- those commuting to workplaces or schools in sendai
how to register
please complete an application form for registration and submit it with documents that verify your address, place of work, schools, etc.

- student name tag (primary school students)
- mail addressed to applicant (confidential letters)
- certificate for physically-impaired persons (required for lending-by-mail registration)

please ensure you provide details to the counter in the following cases:
- changes to registered user information
- loss of user card
